The tournament was won by Dixter Fajardo (ign ChenBeixuan), held from April 8 to April 12, 2023. It was an open tournament where all skill levels are eligible to join. In the qualifying round, players competed in a single round-robin format, with the top player advancing to the final round. Similarly, the first round of the finals also followed a round-robin format, with the top 2 players engaged in a best of 3 series to determine the tournament winner. The champion receives a prize of 700 pesos, along with a trophy and certificate, while the runner-up receives 300 pesos.
