The tournament was won by Dennis Matiga (ign MTSC), held from March 27 to April 2, 2023, was an open tournament where all skill levels are eligible to join. In the qualifying round, players competed in a single round-robin format, with the top 2 advancing to the final round. Similarly, the first round of the finals also followed a round-robin format, with the top 4 players advancing to a cross-over knockout match. The champion of the tournament receives a prize of 300 pesos, along with a trophy and certificate, while the runner-up receives 200 pesos.
